Scroll Map Wait

This is it. The shortest script even written. Do you remember the Pan Screen option in RM2k? Yes, it scrolled the map in a chosen direction, just like the Scroll Map command in Ace. But it was better, because it had the option to wait until the scrolling was done before proceeding with the rest of the event.
I really missed this simple option in RMXP and apparently eb! never implemented it again.
